Frankincense Myrrh is an incense blend whose warm and bewitching scent promotes openness to the outside world. Purifying, myrrh would increase the power of resins and other plants with which it is associated.

Use

1 - Light a charcoal tablet while holding it with a pair of tongs.

2 - Place the lit tablet in a heat-proof container, containing some sand or some dry rice and wait for the entire tablet to light up.

3 - Put a pinch of the resin incense in the middle of the lit tablet, but do not completely saturate the tablet, as the incense needs a quantity of air to burn properly.

Warning: Not safe for consumption, do not consume. Do not directly inhale incense smoke.
