1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Due to COVID-19, please allow up to a week of delay.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if your product has not already shipped. Please contact us with your order number, and we might be able to cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Generally, all sales are final.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us and email us a clear picture of the product you received, along with your order number within 5 days of receiving the item for a replacement. Emails should be sent to email@example.com.
If you received a damaged item, or an item that has spilled, please contact us and email us a clear picture of the damage or spilling in the item's original packaging, along with your order number within 5 days of receiving the item. We will assess the damage, and determine if it qualifies for a replacement. Note: our items are very carefully packed to avoid damage or spillage! Emails should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 5 days of confirmed delivery by carrier, items are no longer eligible for replacements.
4. Do you offer exchanges or accept returns?
Due to the spiritual nature of our store and products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns. All sales are final.
5. Do you give refunds?
All sales are final and there are no refunds, unless the item you bought has sold-out and could not be shipped to you.
